Aligning Instrument

There is a locking knob near the 
base of the instrument above 
the rod on which the instrument 
moves which should be 
loosened before positioning the 
instrument with the joystick.

The instrument is moved from 
side to side and fore and aft 
with the joystick.  It is moved 
vertically with the ring at the 
base of the joystick.
